Help Amanda's Family with Urgent Medical Needs

Hello, my name is Amanda Stokes. I’m trying to raise money to help with some family medical bills that have come up due to a stroke my mother had on March 12, 2020, and then she was involved in a hit-and-run accident on September 27, 2023. She is down to a hospital bed. She cannot walk or put any pressure on her legs. We have medical bills. We need to get a ramp, a wheelchair-accessible house, and a van. I’m also helping with my sister and brother-in-law and their children. I myself have a chronic illness. My sister has a chronic illness, and my brother-in-law has cancer. We are trying to put ourselves in a position to take care of our elderly mother, who is bound to a hospital bed, and also pay off a lot of medical expenses by buying a little house in a small town in North Carolina. The state of North Carolina is not doing a thing to catch the person who hit our mother. The accident is not being investigated, and we are hoping that someone out there can help us so that we can take care of our mother. We need help getting set up in a house that can be customized for a wheelchair and a hospital bed, including the bathroom. We also need to pay off some medical bills that are past due and get caught up on groceries and other personal items. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you all very much.
