Help Amanda secure a service dog

Please help me raise money for a service dog. I was 16 when I was driving back from shopping with friends. We were T-boned by a truck on a country road. I was taken by  STARS  air ambulance to the Calgary foothills hospital. I stayed in ICU for 8 days before being transferred to the ICU at the Alberta Children's Hospital.  I spent the next 13 months in various hospitals recovering with a severe  brain injury. I was forced to relearn everything, right down to eating and walking. Now I suffer from severe anxiety, depression, mobility issues, memory issues and double vision. I am in need of a service dog to help me through the day to day tasks and give me some independence back. This dog will be able to help me with all of my post accident problems and help to keep me safe.  All donations are appreciated. Thank you
