This is my children's emotional support companion. His name is Rusty Roo. He is the sweetest lap dog that i have ever met. He began to whine a lot about 2 weeks ago. So, I took him to his vet and she was very concerned about his right eye which over the past week has doubled in size.

The vet ran many tests on him. Told me that Rusty is blind in his right eye. He had a small cataract which erupted and is now leaking into his eye. his blood work also detected cancer. The vet is going to do an x-ray next week to determine if the cancer has spread throughout his body. if not, they will remove his eye. but if it has, he will either be put on comfort care or need to be put to sleep. My children lost their other companion last summer. I cannot imagine us losing him too. please help me pay for his vet bills and care.
