To all our friends, we reach out on behalf of a very special and precious young lady who works for us at Cucina Rustica—Amanda Bebee.

She had an ongoing battle with breast cancer and felt that she had beaten it five years ago, only to find out now, after feeling unusual pains, that it has metastasized to her hip and spine.

She is now in the hospital, where she has had to have fluid drained from around her heart and lungs because she was having symptoms, making it hard for her to breathe.

She has permitted me to reach out on her behalf, as she is a single mother of three daughters —seven, sixteen, and seventeen —who depend on her and whom she has cared for throughout their entire lives.

Please help us provide some financial support in this dire time of need. She does not know many people, but we do, and we call on you for anything you can do to help her now that she does not have income from work.
