Hi there! My name is Amanda, and I am a single mom of two beautiful children. I work in the restaurant industry to support them and myself, and a recent back injury has put me out of work for some time. The doctor thinks 4-6 weeks, but I don't have the financial means to withstand that. Without medical insurance, I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place on paying my cost of living bills and the huge medical bills coming in and piling up. Without the ability to work, I’m in a position where I can’t pay either of them.

I’m not one to ask for help, but I need to do what is right for myself and kids. If you have anything to donate, it would be a huge help. My kids and I are grateful for it!

The funds will be used towards rent and living expenses (groceries, utilities, etc) that accounts for $4000, as well as paying off the two hospital visits that include procedures, and covering the costs of the specialist visits which accounts for the other $6000.
