Help Amanda Guzman Battle Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This account is run by Kyndall Palacios, Victoria Parker, and Claudia Ortiz.
It is with a heavy heart that our best friend of over 20 years, Amanda Guzman, at the age of 32, has just recently been diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia).
She had no symptoms of anything being wrong, but by the grace of God, she had lab work done, and her blood work came back flagged. Her doctor told her to go to the ER immediately. It was there at the hospital that she was told her platelets and white blood cell count were very dangerously low. She did not have any time to prepare her life for this. It has all been turned upside down in a matter of minutes of being admitted into the hospital.
We've all been keeping her comfy and visiting frequently to keep her spirits up. Her wonderful family and friends have surrounded her with love and strength in this difficult time. Her journey is just beginning, and we are kindly asking for anyone to share her story and to offer any type of donation. It is very much appreciated.
May God keep her strong and help her heal.
Amanda posts frequently on a site called CaringBridge. I will attach a link for anyone who would like to follow her story throughout her journey as she keeps us all updated through her Journal writings. Sharing info on her treatments and even her day to day activities.
