Hi, my name is Amanda Gibson! I don't normally do this, but I'm at my last rope and I need some help really bad!

Recently, my husband and I have been going through a lot. He has recently fallen ill. We ha e been diagnosed with lewy body dementia which they can only treat the symptoms not the dementia! He has to have 24 hr round the clock care because with the dementia has come drop foot and he is almost unable to walk So with that, I am the only one who is working, and that's barely right now because I have to be home with him untill I can get some help! I am drowning here I'm without everything we only have a few dollars coming in and I am paying my rent and making sure the water stays on. I just really need some kind of help and I would appreciate anything anyone can do!

So Update I really could use help badly now last night my husband and I were sitting watching TV when I had a loud boom so body had hit my car hit it so hard it drove it clean to the neighbors up the street so now I'm really really screwed y husband has appointments coming all week for the next few weeks and now I have no way to get him their no way to get to work I honestly am rest just to throw in the towel and give up I just don't know what to do anymore!! So.any help would be greatly appreciated!!
