Help Amanda Fight Lupus

Hi! My name is Anya Valmont and I am looking to assist my dear friend who is fighting so courageously with Lupus. We have been friends from Primary School. I believe that no one should fight a health battle alone, however we are able to assist we do so; be it emotional support, monetary support.  I truly appreciate all the assistance ! 

Hi my name is Amanda John, I am 33yrs old.At the age of 15 yrs I was diagnosed with Lupus (SLE).It's an autoimmune disease that can affect any organ in the body.Three years later at the age of 18 years my kidney failed and I was put on hemodialysis,three times a week,for 4 hours.It was a challenging and difficult thing to accept at a young age but I have endured by the grace of God.It will be 14yrs in May since I am on dailysis,I have had many complications, lupus flares, surgeries arising ,at recent my heart is failing I have pulmonary hypertension,my liver is enlarged causing me to have excess fluid buildup in my abdominal cavity( acites).I also have a mandible cyst all which need treatment.My access(AVFistula) to recieve my dialysis has gotten to the point that it needs repairing.Treatment for all these are expensive,even with some help from government.I know it's a trying time for everyone but any help will be greatly appreciated especially as an individual who has never been employed.
