Help Amanda Donate a Kidney to Cat

Hi, my name is Cat and I have Stage 4 Kidney Disease. My doctors have told me that I will need a kidney transplant as my own kidneys are failing.

 

Enter Amanda! Amanda is the beautiful smiling face that greets you in our cover photo. Even though we have never met in person (and were only introduced by video yesterday... Wow!), she learned about my situation through my sister. She decided to register as a kidney donor for me!!!

 

After flying from Illinois to Pittsburgh, PA, for further testing, we are a match! Needless to say, it takes an extraordinary person to decide to donate a kidney to someone that they have never met, and Amanda is definitely a very generous and giving person! Below, you'll find a picture of her with her husband Justin and their son.

 

Our surgeries are scheduled for just ONE MONTH from now ! This gives Amanda even less time than that to book flights and hotel rooms, so help is urgently needed. Here are just some of the expenses that their family will have as a result of her life-giving donation:
