My name is Amanda, and I am reaching out for help during one of the most challenging times of my life.

After speaking out against known criminals who are accused of exploiting and trafficking vulnerable minors in our community, I was hit with an injunction (gag order) by Spero Family Services. Their legal action is an attempt to silence me for raising my voice to bring awareness to the atrocious acts against vulnerable minors in our community, alleging I am damaging their name.

This has cost me my job as a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate and left me facing a difficult civil legal battle, simply for doing what I believe is right.

The funds I am seeking will be used to secure an attorney who can help me face the ongoing litigation brought by Spero Family Services and their attorney, Hank Villani, while federal and local authorities do their job investigating.

I am determined to continue fighting, not just for myself, but for those who need to know that the community is willing to stand up for their safety and well-being, no matter their personal background.

Legal representation is essential for me to defend my rights and continue speaking out about child exploitation occurring right under our noses.

It would be easy to say 'this isn't my problem,' but change will never happen with that attitude. The predators need to be held accountable, the culture of turning a blind eye needs to stop and all survivors need to feel safe speaking out, even if it involves powerful entities.
