name is Amanda, and I need help. Those words are extremely hard for me to say as I am stubborn and really try to do things myself or with very little help because I don’t like being a bother to people. In October 2023, my life changed forever. I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer.

I have been blessed with an unbelievable mother who is more stubborn than I am and refuses to give up on me. The days I fall apart, she has helped me regain my strength. My friends have supported me by making dinners for my kids when I couldn’t, and my poor husband has struggled to keep our finances afloat. But that meant for many nights he was away and unable to be here physically, which is tearing him up inside.

Cancer is a beast, but seeing my family struggling to keep me motivated and keep our house from falling apart is more devastating to me. Medical bills are adding up and I am reaching out for any support. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and God bless.
