My name is Amanda, and I am creating this fundraiser for myself and my fiancé, Byron. I have been diagnosed with cancer for the third time. My treatment needs to be out of state, and we do not know how many months we will need to be away from home. We have been battling this on and off for 7 years, and while this is not my first time going through chemo, it is still a heartbreaking and overwhelming reality to face again. We now have to uproot our entire lives quickly to get me where I need to be for care.

Because of my condition, I cannot work during treatment and Byron will also have to be out of work so we can focus on my health and making sure I’m okay every day. The funds raised will help us cover living expenses and medical bills while I receive the treatment I need. Right now, we are drowning in stress trying to prepare for this major life change of facing cancer again but also still drowning in medical debt.
