Hello, my name is Abdelouahab Tkouti, and I am organizing a support campaign for the family of Amal Al-Assar from Gaza.

The family consists of six members: Amal, her husband, and their four children.

Amal has lost several family members during the war; two of her brothers along with their wives and children—around ten people in total. She and her family have also suffered repeated displacement in a desperate attempt to find safety.

Today, the family lives under catastrophic humanitarian conditions:

The children are suffering from severe malnutrition. Their bodies have become weak and fragile due to the lack of vitamins and proper nutrition. They are in urgent need of healthy food, medicine, and milk.

Amal herself sustained third-degree burns while cooking over an open fire, and she is in dire need of surgery. In addition, she suffers from chronic high blood pressure, which requires ongoing medical care.

Even basic necessities like flour have become almost impossible to obtain, with a single bag costing around $500—at a time when Amal has lost her job and no longer has any source of income.

Despite these harsh conditions, Amal is doing everything she can to keep her children alive. But since losing her job, donations from outside Gaza have become the family’s only source of income.

Due to the difficulties of sending money directly to Gaza during the war, donations will first be transferred to my bank account, and then delivered to Amal’s family through safe and guaranteed methods.
