Help Amalia Attend Veterinary Academy & Pursue Her Dream of Becoming a Large Animal Vet!

Amalia has an incredible passion for animals and a clear goal: to become a large animal veterinarian. This summer, she has the opportunity to attend the Veterinary Academy by WorldStrides in Arizona, an immersive, hands-on program designed for students pursuing careers in veterinary medicine.

This academy provides real-world exposure to veterinary science, including large animal care such as horses, which is where Amalia’s heart truly lies. After graduating high school next year, Amalia plans to attend Texas A&M University to continue pursuing her goal of becoming a large animal veterinarian, and this experience will play an important role in building the knowledge and confidence she needs to succeed.

In addition, Amalia currently attends a college preparatory high school and on Fridays, volunteers at a nearby stable working with horses as part of her community service commitment, further strengthening her hands-on experience and dedication to animal care.
