Die 20 jährige Nermin lebt mit ihren Eltern, ihrer Mutter Amal (52) und ihrem Vater Shaker (58) in einem Flüchtlingslager in Khan Yunis. Derzeit sind sie in einem für den Winter völlig unzureichenden, aus Tüchern/Planen improvisierten Zelt nahe des Strands untergebracht. Es wird dringend ein winterfittes Zelt benötigt.
Neben dieser großen Sorge machen neben Kosten für Brennholz, Wasser und Lebensmitteln auch zusätzliche Belastungen für die medizinische Versorgung ihrer Eltern Nermins Leben zu einem großen Kraftakt.
Neben den Strapazen, die eine Anreise zum Arzt mit sich bringen, sind die Kosten für die wenigen verfügbaren Medikamente enorm hoch.
