Starting this fundraiser for our friend Alyx. Alyx was in a very bad accident on her bicycle while riding home from work on Friday June 25, 2021. As a working bartender getting back to work on the tail end of Covid regulations, this couldn't come at a worse time. She has a fractured clavicle, among other injuries, which will keep her out if work for the foreseeable future.

Details still emerging but with broken bones already diagnosed, she'll likely be out of work for a few weeks and need help covering medical expenses and lost wages in the coming weeks.

Alyx has a heart of gold! Let’s help her get back on her feet.

UPDATE : holy hell. This is such a testament to her character to be so loved and the strength of this community. Alyx is being discharged to the care of her parents & brother. As the scope of care, medical bills, expected loss of wages become more clear, we’ll update the goals of this fundraiser. Y’all rock!!
