Help Alyssa Rescue Bowser from Euthanasia

Hi everyone my name is Alyssa and I'm hoping for some help in rescuing Bowser. To make a long story short my ex abandoned him after moving and after recently finding him at the shelter he has accrued some fees. He is scared and being mislabeled at the shelter and due to this he is being placed on the euthanasia list. He is the sweetest cuddle bug ever and just needs to come home.

I am asking for any help to help me get him back so he doesn't face euthinasia because of my exs lack of responsibility in picking up his dog. I am paying for the other half of his bills but I could really use the help.
