Help Alyssa Get Stronger!

I'm Sue Good, Alyssa Good's Mom. As many of you know, Alyssa has multiple sclerosis which has dramatically limited her mobility. She has only been able to walk a few feet each day recently. Consequently, blood clots formed in both her legs. She had no symptoms. On Nov. 6th she was taken to the ER with pulmonary emboli, clots in both lungs, which had dislodged from her legs. As this was a life-threatening condition, she had an emergency procedure to remove the clots.

Alyssa is feeling much better, now that her breathing and heart rate are back to normal. However, this episode has taken a toll on her heart and lungs. She will be going to a rehab hospital for about two weeks to regain her strength. Unfortunately, there is a significant percentage of the bill that insurance will not cover. I am humbly asking for contributions to help pay Alyssa's bills.
