Help Alyssa get a ride home

Hi all,

Back in September of 2021 Alyssa was in a car accident and sustained life-changing injuries. She’s worked with some of the best care providers and has regained some of her strength and mobility, but is not yet able to walk, talk, or care for herself.

Alyssa was transferred to a rehabilitation center in January where she continues to receive multiple types of therapy on the daily. While we’re very appreciative of the rehabilitation center and their staff, the therapy at her new facility is not as extensive as we’d hope.
Before Alyssa can come home, we will need a way to transfer her to different doctor and physical therapy appointments. Thankfully, insurance has covered nearly all of the costs of her care thus far.

Our hope is to be able to raise the money needed to purchase a handicap accessible van as the insurance company will only pay for the wheelchair lift and to convert the vehicle.
