Help Alyia Find Answers and Healing

Our daughter Alyia is 15 years old and has always been full of life, determined to enjoy her teenage years. On March 28,2025 she began experiencing constant stomach pain, which led us to our local hospital. After being diagnosed with H. pylori and receiving treatment, her symptoms persisted. Further tests revealed that her aortic artery hasn’t fully developed, but doctors were unsure if this was the cause of her ongoing pain. Since then, Alyia has developed new symptoms, including leg cramps, headaches, shortness of breath, chest pains, and continued stomach pain. Despite multiple MRIs and PET scans, there are still no clear answers, and doctors continue to run test after test.

We are currently traveling to Dallas for specialized care and are considering Houston for further evaluation. The search for answers has taken a toll on our family—missing work, spending long hours on the road, and covering the costs of gas, food, and hospital stays. Through it all, Alyia is doing her best to live a normal life, and our family is grateful for the prayers and support from friends and loved ones. As parents, it’s heartbreaking and frustrating not knowing how to help when she’s in pain, but we are determined to do everything we can to find answers and relief for her.

We are asking for help to cover the travel and living expenses as we continue this journey to find a diagnosis and treatment for Alyia. Every bit of support brings us closer to getting her the care she needs and helps us focus on her health and well-being.
