Help Aly get a wheelchair

Aly needs an appropriate wheelchair for her age

Aly was diagnosed with hydrocephalus when her mommy was 7 months pregnant that’s why Aly needed to born at 33 weeks of the pregnancy.

This means that she has fluid buildbup and pressure in her brain because of the amount of cerebrospinal fluid that her brain produces in excess.

Throughout his 6 years old she had to fase different challenges such as 4 surgeries to place a ventriculoperitoneal shunt valve that helps her to drain the excess of liquid her brain produces.

Unfortunately in one of this procedures doctors didn’t attend her on time and she lost most of the movement in her body, that’s why we need a special PCI wheelchair so her mommy can take her to therapies and medical appointments.

Because she is growing so fast they need a new wheelchair that she can use for long time. Unfortunately in Mexico they couldn’t find something with the specifications they needed and also comfortable for her because our friends need to travel 50 min to an hour to take Allison to the hospital for her treatments, appointments and therapies, that’s why we are helping our dearest friends to get this wheelchair here in Canadá.

This wheelchair is not affordable for her mommy because she’s a single mom without an stablished job because she needs to take Aly to all her appointments and both recieve help from Allison’s grandparents.

That’s why we need from your help, to raise money for this princess so she can get a comfy wheelchair that has all the specifications she require for her comfort on those long trips to the doctor.
