I am Constantino. I am doing this for my friend Alvin who is in need of emergency money for his father's hospital bills following his emergent foot amputation due to uncontrolled diabetes resulting in necrosis and for his plane ticket. He is a father of two and works as a Security Guard at Red Ribbon Bakery in Laoag City. His dad is scheduled to undergo this emergent procedure tomorrow, August 11, 2025. At the same time, his brother, who was fighting cancer for over 6 months, succumbed to his death yesterday. Now Alvin is faced with this series of fateful events. After the surgery of his father, he intends to fly from Manila to Tacloban before his brother's burial service scheduled for August 14, 2025, but he will need to travel to Manila from Ilocos Norte as well. Given all these hardships, I am raising this GoFundMe to fund his travel expenses and to cover some of his dad's hospitalization. His ticket, as of the moment, including bus trips for a round trip Ilocos-Manila-Tacloban, totals to less than 18k Philippine Peso (around $350). They do not know their final hospital bill yet until his Dad will be discharged. But for now, his priority is going to his brother's burial to bud him farewell. They got separated as children and only saw each other one time. Due to the distance and both having their own family and all it was difficult for them to see each other. Now, he is faced with these dilemma. Any amount will go a long way for him and to ease these hardships he is undergoing. Thank you.
