Peace and blessings, My name is Alvin Joseph (Alameen) and I am 34 years old, married, with a 1year old child. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that has metastasized to my liver. I am currenty recieving chemo treatment and It is becoming a financial burden for the family. I have been a Coach Operator for 3yrs in Orange County. Due to the pandemic it's been a challenge to get state disability, months later and it is still pending. Bills and financial obligations are stacking up so we are financially running out of options for regular day to day essentials. We have found ourselves drowning in bills not only for myself but my baby as well. We have her doctor visits, food, and supplies to maintain along side mine. While at the same time we are being told to keep a positive outlook and to avoid stress...but slowly that feeling of hopelessness builds up as life continues and monthly bills and payments still require money and need to be paid even the smallest of things such as laundry money, gas, and groceries are becoming overwelming not to mention seeing my first chemo bill. We get hospital assistance at times, but that as well is limited to what they can assist with. We would greatly appreciate any financial help as well as prayers and positive thoughts, any help will be most appreciated.
