​We are reaching out to our community today because our dear friend/family member, Alvaro, was recently detained by ICE. This has left his family in a state of absolute shock and heartbreak.

​More than anything, Alvaro is a devoted dad. He is the primary provider and the heartbeat of his home, and now, his four children (ages 11,9,2 and 4 month old) are facing a future without their father’s presence and support.

​While we battle to bring him home, the family is facing immediate financial crisis. Without Alvaro’s income, the basic necessities that keep these children stable are at risk.

Your donations will go directly towards basic needs (rent/groceries,and utilities) to ensure the children stay in their home. We know that times are tough for everyone but any contribution makes a massive difference for these kids.
