Help Alton recuperate in his time of need

Friends and family everywhere my name is Robert,

I am raising funds to help out a dear friend in need. As most of you are aware a very near and dear friend of ours has suffered a life threatening medical emergency. Monday night Alton Peacock underwent emergency surgery for an Aortic dissection. An aortic dissection is a serious condition in which a tear occurs in the inner layer of the body's main artery (aorta). Blood rushes through the tear, causing the inner and middle layers of the aorta to split (dissect). If the blood goes through the outside aortic wall, aortic dissection is often deadly. Alton was placed on a ventilator as he underwent surgery to repair the Aortic valve .After the surgery it was noted that Altons kidneys were not functioning and that blood flow was not getting to one of his legs. Alton went back into surgery to restore the legs blood flow. The flow has been restored and the doctors look optimistic that his leg will not suffer permanent damage from the lack of flow. Additionally, his kidney's have become functional!!! Alton will be out of work and bills will continue to accrue additionally he will be undergoing therapy your donations will help him get through these difficult , taxing times. Alton is someone who is the FIRST to help out others. Lets all pull together as family does and help where possible. There is never a good time for such a tragedy but this one came at an especially difficult time. Alton had been tirelessly working on his business " Wild Fish Direct" and recently transitioned to a new job. This makes things exponentially difficult as Alton fights to recuperate.
