Hello my name is Virginia, I am reaching out in needs of helping a very close friend of mine Alma G. whom I consider my sister in Christ. It has come to a point in needs to make this GoFundMe in hopes that we can reach the goal that is needed for her Attorney fees as she is facing possible deportation and has a VAWA (violence against women act) case open which the attorney says that Alma is eligible to get legal status due to Domestic Violence.
Alma is a single mother of 3 beautiful children whom depend 100% on her. Her oldest son Mathew is 9yrs old with Severe Asthma and has monthly hospital stays with weekly doctor appointments for the severity of his asthma. Mathew depends 100% of his mother’s care. Alma also has an 8yr old daughter and a 3yr old son. Because of the legal situation Alma is facing it has caused her to take some time off work to focus on her legal battles.
Alma has been actively involved in our church and community for many years. She volunteers regularly in the global missions department “Flor Azul” where she assist in raising funds to support pastors serving overseas. Additionally, she has continuously volunteered in the children’s church department and vacation Bible school programs. Her service extends beyond donating her time.
This year has been very rough for Alma and her children as she faced divorce and seperation but throughout those challenges we trust that God is in control. Help us continue to pray for her and her children as we can’t imagine the hardship that it will take on her children to be separated from their mother ESPECIALLY during this time of the year.

Hola, mi nombre es Virginia, y me dirijo a ustedes para pedir ayuda para una amiga muy cercana, Alma G, a quien considero mi hermana en Cristo. Hemos llegado al punto de crear esta campaña en GoFundMe con la esperanza de alcanzar la meta necesaria para cubrir los honorarios de su abogado, ya que enfrenta una posible deportación y tiene un caso abierto bajo la Ley de Violencia contra las Mujeres (VAWA). El abogado afirma que Alma es elegible para obtener estatus legal debido a la violencia doméstica que ha sufrido.
Alma es madre soltera de tres hermosos hijos que dependen completamente de ella. Su hijo mayor, Mathew, de 9 años, padece asma severa y requiere hospitalizaciones mensuales y citas médicas semanales debido a la gravedad de su condición. Mathew depende al 100% del cuidado de su madre. Alma también tiene una hija de 8 años y un hijo de 3 años. Debido a la situación legal que enfrenta, Alma ha tenido que ausentarse del trabajo para dedicarse a sus batallas legales.
Alma ha participado activamente en nuestra iglesia y comunidad durante muchos años. Es voluntaria regular en el departamento de misiones globales "Flor Azul", donde ayuda a recaudar fondos para apoyar a pastores que sirven en el extranjero. Además, ha sido voluntaria continuamente en el departamento de la iglesia infantil y en los programas de la escuela bíblica de verano. Su servicio va más allá de donar su tiempo.
Este año ha sido muy difícil para Alma y sus hijos, ya que enfrentó un divorcio y una separación, pero a pesar de estos desafíos, confiamos en que Dios tiene el control. Ayúdennos a seguir orando por ella y sus hijos, ya que no podemos imaginar la dificultad que representaría para sus hijos estar separados de su madre, ESPECIALMENTE en esta época del año.
Cualquier contribución, sin importar la cantidad, marca una diferencia significativa y nos ayuda a mantener la esperanza de una resolución justa.
