Help Ally rebuild her life

Our friend Ally (Mary Koshgarian) is in desperate need of our help. Unbeknownst to all of us, this sweet, kind, caring, animal loving, funny woman has been living in an emotional, mental and non direct physically, abusive place.
Ally hid it well, as most abuse victims do. She endured hours of mental torture from her roommate,landlord and his former girlfriend; banging on her walls with bats, yelling at her, shutting the hot water off to her shower, blocking the vents in her room, blasting the AC in the winter, leaving windows wide open in the winter....it just goes on. Ally has autoimmune disease, acute chronic bronchitis, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis . Cold showers and cold air caused her conditions to escalate, to a dangerous level.
She now has to wear pain patches across her chest, which take the pain from a 10 to a 4. Her chest wall injury is going to take quite sometime to fully heal. Her lungs took quite a hit as well. Because of her autoimmune diseases, she has to be extra careful. She has a hard time doing every day chores. Some days she is too weak to even take a shower. She sleeps more than usual. She has a hard time eating, because her chest wall hurts when she eats. She has a dificult time catching her breath. She cries every day and is suffering from PTSD because of this abuse.
The good news is that she recently removed herself from where she was living. She has contacted the police, Elder Affairs and Congressman Joe Kennedy's office. She is being treated medically for her injuries and her PTSD....the ball is rolling on all of that.
Where Ally needs our help, is financially. She has used her savings to stay at an Inn, get food and do laundry. Her funds will run out in a week. She will have nowhere to live, with no way to pay for shelter. Social services are slow in coming through.
At this most challenging time for each of us dealing with the uncertainty of this pandemic, I cannot imagine not having a roof over my head, food in my belly, personal care items, clean clothes . All of this while being horribly compromised by autoimmune diseases that are in full rage and make you HIGHLY suceptible to this horrible virus. There for the grace of God.....
