Help allow a loving husband be beside his wife

Hi, my name is Elizabeth, I am doing a fundraiser for my brother Toby and my bonus sister Sheila. Sheila was admitted to the Chickasaw hospital in Ada on Tuesday, January 25 and was placed in ICU on a ventilator and sedated. She has pneumonia and some congestive heart issues. They tried to take her off of the ventilator to let her breathe on her own, however, she wasn’t able to do it on her own very long. They searched all of Oklahoma for an ICU bed at a hospital that has a pulmonologist, but were unable to find one due to COVID. Their only option was a bed in New Mexico at Rio Rancho Presbyterian hospital.

Toby would like to be beside Sheila as much as possible, so we are trying to raise mommy for him to get to New Mexico and also have means to stay by her side while she receives the specialized care she needs. Staying by her side means not being able to work during this time and not having an income to pay for bills at home as well as money to pay for a room, food and travel as he supports his beautiful wife.
