CPR Physical Therapy created this GoFundMe to help our very own physical therapist Allison Johnston following a difficult accident. If you know Allison, you know that she is a diehard athlete who is always biking, swimming, and running while training for her triathlons and Ironman races. On 9/10/23, Allison was in a bike accident with a motor vehicle that left her with multiple injuries including a fractured shoulder blade, 5 broken ribs, a punctured lung, and more. She is currently limited in all movement, function, work, and activity. She will be unable to compete in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii this October, which she was so looking forward to. This GoFundMe is being created to help her with medical bills, home bills, and lost wages while she is unable to work. We hope to help with some of her financial burden so that she can focus on her recovery.
