Help Alli recover from losing everything in fire
Donation protected
I am John Lewis, fundraising for Alli to recover from a house fire that completely wiped her out. She is a loving young single parent of an adorable 5 year old. I have no relationship to her other than being a friend who thinks the world of her.
The fire took place about 10:00 AM approx a week before Christmas.. Alli was napping at the time and just happened to wake up to get a drink of water. When she went to the kitchen, she saw the flames and smoke and ran out of the house with only what she had on. She did not have time to get anything out of the house. Her 5-year-old son was staying with his father at the time. If she had not gotten Thirsty, she might well have been killed.
The house is a total. She lost everything she had including her sons christmas. Not even one change of clothes. Can’t even use her car because the keys were in the house. She had no insurance on her personal items.
In talking to one of her friends I remarked about her and her friends. The friend replied
“These girls are the most kind, humble, sweet smart ladies. Our mommas raised us to be servant leaders!” I believe it. I am sure that if you checked her back that you would discover a set of snow-white wings hiding under her clothes.
I normally pay little attention to Go Fund me, but I know this one to be legitimate. Please help in any way you can.
The funds collected will be used to assist in replacing her clothing, her furniture, her kitchen items such as knifes, cooking spoons, pots, pans etc. She also has to replace her sons clothing, get him a few toys. She will need bathrooms supplies , cleaning supplies, and just about everything that it takes to set up a home. As a fully functional adult, I plan on turning over the money collected for her to use to accomplish the above so that she can resume her life, and her child can resume his.
