Help Allen recover from a Hit-and-Run

A few months ago, I was involved in a devastating hit-and-run accident with an 18-wheeler truck that left me with severe injuries. The accident not only totaled the car I was driving but also damaged my shoulder, back, and caused significant damage to my leg.
