Help Allana Save Her Car and Job

My name is Allana, and the only reason I'm asking for help is because I don't have many people in my life that I can rely on, so I'm really reaching out on a limb here. I work for Mercyhealth here in Janesville, and my vehicle was recently repossessed last night. My pay week isn't until next week, and I only have $120 to my name as of now. To release my vehicle, it would cost me $1,120.53. They said that I have until next Tuesday to collect my vehicle or it's being put up for auction.
