Our family is facing a challenging time as my granddaughter Aliyah (11yo), prepares for spine surgery on November 13th. Aliyah is a bright, brave, and loving child who has shown incredible strength throughout this journey, but the upcoming procedure and recovery will place a significant financial strain on our family.
