Help Alissa Sil and The Sil Family!

Alissa Sil was in a horrific car accident December 2, 2017. She was heroically saved by the North Strabane Fire Department and was transported via Stat Medivac to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She broke her right leg, had an open fracture of the left ankle, ruptured a disc in her lumbar spine, crushed her right elbow, tore her small intestine, punctured a lung, broke several ribs, and sustained multiple brain injuries.
She had multiple surgeries and stayed in the hospital through the month of December. She finally came home after Christmas on December 28th - she was home bound and did extensive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy from home and worked very hard towards recovery.
By the end of January she was walking and by February she was already in outpatient physical therapy!
Alissa had her last and hopefully final surgery this past Friday, April 13th. She had her hardware removed from her elbow and is going to start working on using her right arm! This was not only due to Alissa's strong will and hard work but also because of all of the love and support she received from her friends and family.

Right now Alissa is on the road to recovery and a bright future, Michael is graduating from high school and headed to Point Park University, and Amber's adoption should be finalized by the end of June. All of these wonderful things are happening all at once and the medical bills are now pouring in. We greatly appreciate any and all support!
