My niece Alissa, she's a wife, a mother to a 1 year old and a 2 (soon to be 3) year old, and she’s a fighter. She doesn’t always choose the easy path, but she’s fought through and I’m so proud of the woman she has become. It’s hard watching her struggle now. Alissa is facing health challenges that are making it impossible to work. The doctors want to run a series of tests to find out what is causing her debilitating pain and neuropathy, but the copays are horrendous. Plus she is in the middle of some necessary and extensive dental work that is costing more than expected. Their resources are maxed out at this point.

It’s hard enough to make ends meet on a single income for a family of 4, but when life starts throwing you health curveballs, it’s impossible. She hates asking for help, so I will do it for her.

I want to ease some of her burden so she can get the medical help that she needs. Every little bit helps. Thank you for anything you can give.
