Help Alissa Get A Breast Reduction Surgery

Hello! My name is Halle, I’m raising funds to help my friend Alissa get a surgery that will greatly improve her quality of life and ensure that she will not develop more serious problems down the road. Alissa is a hardworking and talented tattoo artist as well as a loyal and compassionate friend. She is always down to help or advocate for someone else when they are in need, and I want to do that for her! Any person who deals with chronic pain or feeling uncomfortable in their own body will understand her struggle. Any person living in this country will also understand how expensive health insurance is and how unattainable necessary surgeries and medical procedures are without it. Here is her story in her words:

Hi everyone. I’ve come to a point in my life where this is a very hard ask for me but Halle and close friends have supported me in setting up this page. I’m asking for help in getting a breast reduction. I’ve been a tattoo artist professionally for nearly a decade and not only is it mentally demanding, it is physically demanding as well. This has contributed great discomfort with the current size of my breasts, and I’m seeking to have them reduced for a better quality of life not only in my present but in my future as well. I know as a tattoo artist how important it is to feel comfortable in your own skin and taking that step of vulnerability. Not only is this a cosmetic issue for me in feeling uncomfortable in my body, but medical as well. This is a big step to even ask people to help out, and I appreciate any and all thought taken in reading my small story. Thank you.
