Help Me Stay Safe and Rebuild While Caring for My Mother

Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,
I am reaching out during one of the most painful and critical moments of my life. I need help. I'm doing everything I can to stay alive — truly — while preparing to move, battling multiple serious illnesses, and stepping into the role of full-time caregiver for my mother. Every day feels like a fight for survival, and I'm exhausted.
My Medical Reality
I have lived with mental illness for more than two decades. My diagnoses include:
- Bipolar I Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia
- Severe Anxiety
- Recurring Suicidal Ideation (SI)
- A twice-surgically repaired herniated disc (L5-S1)
I take 24 medications every day to manage these conditions. Because of my history, especially with SI, it is not safe for me to have unsupervised access to all of my medications. I need a solution — urgently.
Why I Need a MedaCube
The MedaCube is a locked, automatic, tamper-proof pill dispenser that gives medication only at the scheduled time. It removes the risk of overdose by limiting access — it could quite literally save my life.

Why I'm Moving — And Need Help
I'm also being forced to move. I currently do not have a permanent residence of my own. I'll be moving in with my mother — because I have no other safe option and because she can't live alone either.
She is 80 and suffers from:
- Alzheimer's and dementia
- Congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, chronic pain, and neuropathy
- Depression and PTSD
She needs a caregiver. I need stability. We need each other — but I can't get us there without help.

I'm asking for $3,000 total:

- Rental truck + gas
- Packing materials
- Hired labor (I can't lift or carry due to spinal surgery)
