Hello, my name is Amy. My brave, beautiful daughter, Alisha Dodge, has been battling Autoimmune Hepatitis from a young age. She is now 25. She has faced many difficult challenges over the last 6 years as her disease has progressed: weekly paracentesis, doctor's appointments, and countless hospitalizations. We're now faced with the unimaginable. Alisha will be leaving the hospital and transitioning to Hospice Care. A liver transplant is no longer an option for my sweet girl. She was admitted to Renown for another infection in her abdomen. However, this time it has taken its toll on her body.

I am a single mother trying to maintain household bills and juggle work while being her sole caregiver. I am asking for assistance to help with household bills during this very difficult time in our lives, as I need to take time off work with very limited PTO. Prayers are very much appreciated as well. Alisha is the oldest child; she has two younger siblings and family who love her very much. I need to be with my daughter until the good Lord takes her home. Doctors cannot give an exact time frame; however, they anticipate she might have 6 months. I appreciate you all for your support regardless of its form. Thank you. ❤️
