Help Ali's father with his surgery and recovery

Hi, my name is Alex my best friend's father had a stroke, and part of his brain got damaged. He needs surgery on his brain blood vessels. He will have to do vascular shunting surgery. Ali covers all expenses and does not like to ask for any help, but as a friend, I just want to help him regardless of his idea to keep it to himself. The funds will be used to help Ali pay his father's medical bills. His father still lives in Baku Azerbaijan, so he does not have health insurance there, and Ali has to pay for everything out of his pocket.

Unfortunately, as of today, Ali can not go to Baku and be physically near his father.
