Hi everyone! I am reaching out to tell you about my cousin Aline’s story. Her body has stopped producing red blood cells in her bone marrow, and she was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia. This life-threatening condition can lead to bleeding and severe infections. She will be undergoing an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant on January 15. She lives in Lebanon, and she will be admitted into the American University Beirut Medical Center for 40 days. Her hospital expenses will be $56,000 USD, in addition to fees from follow-up treatments. Her parents need immediate support in fundraising for her surgery.
This cause is very important to me. Aline is a dear family member of mine—she is only 21 years old and has a long and bright future ahead of her. Aline recently graduated from the Lebanese University in Graphic Design.
ALL donations will be transferred to Aline’s family to cover Aline’s medical expenses, her stay in the hospital, and her follow-up visits/treatments.
Would you be able to contribute to my fundraiser? A donation of any amount would truly help me reach my goal.
Thank you for your support. Let us mobilize as a community to help Aline.
