Help Alicia With Her Health Journey
We are really good friends with Alicia and her husband, Chas.
If you know Alicia, she has a heart of gold and is so kind. She always given such words of encouragement to others despite her own mental battles with anxiety.
She's a strong woman even though she has endometriosis. Which is the cause of what had just occurred.
Alicia had a Catamenial Pneumothorax (collapsed lung) for the last 8 months. Had surgery to remove part of her lung and diaphragm also needed a chest tube.
She was in a lot of pain before her surgery had happened.
7 days in the hospital after surgery, her recovery is 4-6 weeks and is very painful. She is on several meds post surgery and several have to be paid out of pocket, including her heart meds which help when her heart goes into Atrial Fibrillation. They wanted her to go to a inpatient rehabilitation facility for two weeks but wouldn't send her due to COVID.

During her healing time, there comes stress to affording medical bills and even her heart medication. Which costs about $544!
If anyone has the heart to even just donate just a $1, please do. If God lays it on your heart to help them out. This family has had such a lot of stuff thrown at them. 2020 was such a rough year. They don't deserve everything that has been happening to them. We hope they meet their goal immediately. It's critical for Alicia to fund for her health to get past this all.
