Hello everyone, my name is Alicia. Asking for help is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but I am currently facing an urgent housing crisis and have nowhere else to turn. Due to an unexpected medical emergency, I have fallen behind on my rent. Despite my best efforts to catch up, look for supplementary income, and contact local assistance programs, I received an eviction notice and am at risk of being evicted.

I am trying to raise $3,000 to cover back rent owed to stop the eviction process, upcoming essential utility and basic living expenses while I stabilize. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward keeping a roof over my head during this stressful time. Facing this situation has brought a lot of stress, anxiety, and panic attacks, but I am determined to get through it with the help of my community.
