Help Alicia fight Pancreatic Cancer
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and community members,
We are reaching out to ask for support for a beloved teacher, friend, and family member, Alicia Flynn. Alicia is a dedicated third-grade teacher in the Issaquah School District at Clark Elementary, who has spent the past 15+ years inspiring young minds, bringing joy to the classroom, and supporting her students in ways that extend beyond the curriculum. She’s always been there for her students, and now we want to be there for her in a time of critical need.
Recently, Alicia was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer—a diagnosis that has shocked all who know her. She’s only 38 years old, with so much life ahead of her, and yet this unexpected battle has dramatically changed her world. With this diagnosis comes extensive treatments, frequent doctor visits, required medical leave, and costly medical bills that quickly add up, even with insurance.
Alicia’s resilience and positivity are inspiring, but this journey will be physically, emotionally, and financially challenging. Our goal is to ensure that financial burdens don’t weigh down her spirit or affect her quality of life during this time. We want Alicia to focus on her health and recovery, surrounded by the love and support of those who care for her.
Your contribution, no matter the size, will help Alicia cover medical expenses, travel for treatments, and other unforeseen costs associated with this diagnosis. Whether you’re able to donate or simply share this fundraiser, every bit of support will make a difference.
If you prefer, you can send Alicia monetary donations through her Venmo: @AliciaF3.
Thank you for helping us lift Alicia up and showing her that her community is here for her!
With gratitude- thank you!
