I am a single mom of five amazing kids, and they are truly my whole world. For the past five years, I have had sole custody and have done everything I can to provide for them, often working long hours as a CNA to make ends meet. I have been a CNA for 20 years, dedicating myself to caring for others both at work and at home. Now, I am facing a difficult legal battle. My ex-partner, who has only contributed minimal child support over the years, is now trying to take me to court for custody. This has put a huge strain on me emotionally and financially, as I want nothing more than to keep my children safe and together.
