Earlier this week, Alicia left work in an ambulance with symptoms mirroring a stroke.  After numerous tests, MRI's, CAT scans, and ultrasounds, it was determined that Alicia has three lesions/tumors on her brain.  She is currently waiting a removal of the first tumor on Thursday.  They will send the tumor to pathology before deciding how to proceed with the next surgery to remove the other two.   The hope is that the result shows a cavernous malformation, but the diagnosis could be brain cancer.  Each surgery will require 4-6 week recovery.  This makes it impossible for her to work or drive.    Alicia works in the service industry as a bartender.  Though she has been blessed with work off and on through the past year, we all know that COVID hit this industry the hardest.  With medical bills mounting and the inability to return to work at present, this hard working, charismatic, amazing woman could use a hand up.  Will you reach out with me and lift this family?
