Hi, I'm Alicia. I'm a struggling single mom with a daughter with complex medical complications. We travel a lot due to my daughter's medical needs, for which our vehicle is essential. We were recently gifted a vehicle, not knowing anything about it, and the transmission has now failed. I work daily to support our needs by using gig apps as well as working locally when work is available. We also travel with my daughter's ESA cat, Joey. He is box, car, and leash trained. My daughter has many complex, life-threatening medical complications. She regularly visits Seattle and Texas hospitals and clinics for care.

We depend on transportation for doctor's appointments and emergency medical needs as they spontaneously arise. She has recently suffered a brain bleed with a re-bleed a year later. She suffers from a genetic condition causing her to grow cerebral cavernous malformations, which spontaneously burst and bleed. These bleeds with this genetic component are caused by stress. She has also been diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder which affects her collagen, tissues, hearing, vision, joints, and fatigue levels. She suffers from juvenile arthritis and joint pain, mastocytosis, costochondritis, allergies, asthma, eczema, urticaria, and two types of dermatographia.

I am trying to raise enough money for a cheap but reliable cash car and maybe a few nights in a hotel as we've been stranded a few days now and could use some rest. Her appointments are stacking up, and I have no way to get her there. I work when I'm able to around her schedule. Any help getting us mobile again would be greatly appreciated.
