Help Alice & Grace Clean Out Deceased Dad's Hoarder House

Hello friends and family. Our dear friends, Alice and Grace, have found themselves in one of the most difficult situations that adult children can find themselves in. Alice and Grace's father has passed away in his home sometime in early May. To make an already emotionally difficult situation so much worse, their father was a hoarder and his house is full of... stuff.

Alice has already had the heavy price of paying for her father's cremation. Now, they are left with a hoarder house that has to have biological clean-up of his belongings. The initial estimate for a full clean-out of the house is $20,000. Twenty-thousand dollars!

These women are single mothers who work very hard to make ends meet and take care of their children. Alice is a Waldorf school teacher and Grace is a self-employed graphic designer and portrait artist. Their father's home is over 150 miles from Alice's home in Colorado, and Grace will have to return to the U.S. to help her sister deal with the mess their father left for them.

They will need to search the house for all legal paperwork and hope for the best. I cannot imagine how difficult that search alone will be, let alone emptying the entire house. To make the situation more difficult, their dad was an archaeologist and amongst the other stuff are many specimens that need to be preserved.
