Please help Alice build her cottage

As many of you know, Steve's dad, Pastor Dennis Boel passed away in April. Since then, we have been working toward moving his mom, Alice, to a small cottage on our property in Greene. As we began seeking help from a contractor to make some repairs, we learned that due to the very wet year we have had, the floor joists are damaged beyond repair with black mold setting in, and we simply cannot restore the existing structure. In short, it's been condemned. We have to demo the cottage and rebuild, something we never expected.

This task is far beyond all of us and only by God's grace and provision will this new cottage be built. Alice lives 25 minutes away from us in a rental home right now, but we are trying to move her as close to us and her grandsons as possible, yet still allow her to enjoy independent living (which she is very good at, by the way). The move to Greene is something she wants very much. She longs to be busy again and have the daily companionship of her family. She turns 80 in January. Throughout her life, she has asked for practically nothing for herself but has given of herself continuously and with such a sweet spirit. Her servant's heart was magnified throughout Dad's battle with Alzheimer's. We just want to bless her for the godly woman she is.
