Hi, I'm Ali, and I'm a guy with breasts. At least I was, until the good people at The Iowa Clinic cut me open and took care of that for me. No, seriously! This condition is called gynecomastia. It occurs when breast tissue caused by hormonal imbalance during puberty (not due to weight or size) and my case was more pronounced.

Fun fact: getting your chest sliced into and your breast tissue removed takes a lot out of a guy! ‍ So I have to stay home for 4 weeks. Doctor's orders and all that. (Show recommendations, anyone?)
