Help me pay for shoulder surgery

Hello all, my name is Ali, I'm 35 years old, and I'm fundraising to get shoulder surgery in September or October. I frequently partially dislocate my right shoulder due to biceps tension/labral tear/cyst ganglion. I work UPS for 9 years and struggled with my right shoulder feels like sting. I would really love to maintain my current adventurous and physically active lifestyle which is difficult and painful in my current condition. My insurance does not cover full coverage for surgery. So I have to pay full $1,000 to surgery fee for my right shoulder.

I can still perform most daily activities and take care of myself, but there are many physical activities I will no longer be able to perform again normally without this surgery like basketball or lifting weights.

I had pain in the past with my right shoulder since 2015 to the present.
